Gerry Knoll
Chief Executive Officer
Gerry began working in the printing industry more than 35 years ago. He began working in the warehouse, moved into the sales department, and then became partner in 1986. Today Gerry leads the team at Tully-Wihr as the Chief Executive Officer.
Gerry stays heavily involved in the sales department so that he stays in tune with our customers and their ever changing needs and challenges. He credits the success of Tully-Wihr to building and maintaining a strong team from the entry-level positions to the highest executive level. Everything that we do at Tully-Wihr is focused on providing the highest level of customer care and support.
Douglas Dunn, CDC
President
In 1978, Doug became part of the print manufacturing team at Tully-Wihr and worked his way up to the President of Manufacturing. In 1984, Doug found that his strengths lie in motivating others and put his skills to work on the Management team in 1988. Since then, he has held the office of Chief Financial and Operations Officer and is now also President.
Doug believes that technology, employed with proper timing, is a tool that will continue to support both Tully-Wihr and its clients. With new tools that take advantage of the internet and automated workflow, Tully-Wihr has put its client's data at their fingertips. He is very excited to be in his current role at a time that allows for so much improvement in our ability to support our clients.
Jim Knoll
Executive Vice President
Jim began his career at Tully-Wihr as a sales representative in 1985. He quickly became part of the management team in 1988 and became partner in 1998. Today, Jim is dedicated to his customers in the healthcare, banking, software, and tech industries.
Over the past 22 years, one thing remains constant with Jim and Tully-Wihr: dedication to customer service. "I'm proud to say that we offer the best customer service possible, and that's what separates us from all the others" (Jim Knoll).
Donna Matekel, CDC
Vice President Operations
Donna has been working in the printing industry for 25 years. She began working in manufacturing, in 1987 moved to customer service, and in the early 90's she joined the sales team. In 1998 she became the Operations Manager. Recently, Donna was promoted to the Vice President of Operations.
Donna's top priority is to focus on continuously improving the service our customers receive. This goal is accomplished by maintaining a positive work environment where employees are encouraged to work independently and to grow through education and experience.
Lisa Panelli
Controller
Lisa began her career in the printing industry in 1991 working in Tully-Wihr's manufacturing plant. While working full time, Lisa continued her college education to obtain her degree in accounting. Seeing Lisa's dedication to Tully-Wihr and her attention to detail, she was promoted to Controller. Recently, Lisa also joined the management team.
