Our Onsite Cycle Count (OCC) program is designed for optimal forms control.
Tully-Wihr, with end user assistance, starts by setting par levels for each form and then labels and organizes cabinets or shelves for accuracy, restocking, and ease of use.

     Our OCC personnel will go to your location and count inventory on a portable data terminal (PDT). Inventory data is then compared to the predetermined par level. Within 48 hours your shelves are replenished.

     Tully-Wihr's OCC allows your employees to perform their primary tasks with fewer distractions and will reduce workloads in your receiving and storeroom departments. Timely, accurate forms usage is measured and reported on a regular basis, resulting in more economical ordering, less waste, and reduced costs. We provide consolidated invoicing by department, if required, including signed delivery receipts and a summary bill that makes allocating costs easy.
